Dear colleagues,

It is with regret that I inform you that Monika Gibson, Vice President – Head of Talent Engagement, has decided to leave Ipsen to pursue another career opportunity. Her last day will be December 15th 2021.

Monika joined in December 2018 as Vice President – Head of Human Resources for Specialty Care and UK / Ireland Region and was nominated Head of Talent Engagement earlier this year. Monika brings a tremendous experience in supporting and challenging the business while setting the right Specialty Care organization in place to support the growth of Ipsen and setting up the scene for Engagement Culture at Ipsen.

I’d like to acknowledge Monika for her strong leadership and contributions to Ipsen over the past 3 years.

With Monika’s departure, I am informing you that Fabienne Astier as Global Head of Talent is taking over Engagement, Culture and Diversity & Inclusion activities and the team as follows:
Abbie Pound – Head of Engagement and Aline Stokes – Head of Diversity and Inclusion will report to Fabienne Astier and Chantelle Lejeune – Culture and Engagement Specialist will report to Abbie Pound.
