• • 80.3 % through Charlie’s self-scheduling feature 

• • 19.7% manually scheduled by TA Partners

• Candidate response time reduced from 8 days to just 50 minutes on average 

• 100% adoption rate by the Global TA Team 

Rescheduling also creates an important workload for the team as it can take up to 20% of the number of interviews and Charlie made it easier!
