We are pleased to present you ONE Headcount Project: a new Actual Headcount – FTE reporting process from 2020, impacting both HR & Finance teams and systems (iPeople & BFC).

Headcount – FTE data reported in iPeople becomes a Single Source of Truth from 2020.

We’ve been working closely at Corporate level to define common definitions, rules and processes in order to avoid painful reconciliations and to provide data accuracy and consistency.
