Objectives Setting outside the Annual Campaign

Dear Team,

 

Acting on your valuable feedback on the iPerform process, the HRIS and C&B teams have collaborated to enhance the objective-setting experience outside the Annual Objective Setting campaign, to ensure all employees have up to date objectives set in iPeople before the launch of the year-end performance review campaign.

 

Here’s what’s new:

  • New Hires and employees returning from long leave will now receive a dedicated task in their iPeople inbox the Monday after their start date to set their objectives (previously: included in the onboarding task)
  • For existing employees, managers will now review and approve any new or updated objective (previously: employees could modify objectives without manager validation)
  • A new report (“Ipsen – Objectives Setting monitoring for HR”) has been created to help HR regularly monitor the status of objective setting and ensure all employees have objectives set in iPeople

  • An overview of the updated process
  • A walkthrough of the new report: HR are expected to monitor objectives setting monthly
