Colleagues,

- Alex Gonzales will support Medical Affairs in addition to Tech Ops, Finance, Legal, Business Ethics and Global Partnering, and will report in to me.
- Justin Dowling will support Value & Access in addition to Rare, HR site, Regulatory Affairs and will temporarily support Global Clinical Development Operations during Khadija Dembele’s maternity Leave, and will report in to me.
- As previously communicated, Dylan Brown will support Communications, Patient Advocacy and Government Affairs. He will report in to Alex.
Pinar Hanna will be appointed HRBP effective October 1, 2021, pending identification of her successor. Pinar will support Neurology, Oncology, and Business Operations & Strategy. Between now and October 1st, Alex will work with Pinar to support her client groups during her transition. She will report in to me.
I want to thank Chris for his support and leadership of HR over the past years and for helping to professionalize the Business Partner role and wish him well in his new endeavors.
These changes support our commitment to developing our internal talent by providing opportunities to learn and grow. Please join us in wishing Chris well, congratulating Pinar on her new role and Alex, Justin, and Dylan for their expanded responsibilities.
Thanks,
Lisa DiPaolo
