We are pleased to share with you the new Ipsen Offer Roles & Responsibilities guidance, as well as to inform you that we have now launched the Offer Workflow in iPeople.

The new Offer Process Roles & Responsibilities is an enhancement of the previous Offer R&R issued in January 2025, and provides further granularity on aspects related to setting compensation during the recruitment process.
The new iPeople Offer Process means that compensation packages for roles Grade 12 and below (70% of all recruitment annually) must now be proposed and validated in iPeople between TA and HR, in compliance with C&B guidelines. The benefits of this are that all offers can be quickly approved, tracked, and added to the final hire process.
For compensation packages for roles Grades 13 and above and internal moves, once approved outside of iPeople by C&B and accepted by the candidate, must also be submitted in the iPeople Offer Form. This allows for all approved compensation information to be directly added to the candidate profile, as well as Hire process, reducing staffing administration.
Role specific training has already been provided at the end of January 2026 to all HR impacted by these changes.
