As part of the continuous journey to optimize talent tools, this new careers website supported by iPeople (Workday) is replacing the previous platform on Phenom People. It will offer a more straightforward experience for potential candidates interested in opportunities with Ipsen.  

New features available: 

• Immediate access to our latest job postings: providing instant access to our current job openings, enabling candidates to explore and apply for positions without delay. 
• Enhanced candidate account: applicants and prospects can easily create their account, providing them with a streamlined application process. 
• Apply with LinkedIn: candidates will be able to apply with their LinkedIn profile. 
• Talent Community pipeline: ability for the recruiters to search candidates in the talent community pool according to criteria. 
• Embedded company culture: direct access to engaging content about Ipsen’s culture and employee experience. 

The process for internal applications as well as the referral process will not change.
