As part of our commitments to removing barriers in Hiring, we have developed Global Guidelines for offer process that defines roles & responsibilities for each step of the hiring process to provide total remuneration offers to our candidates. This new process, effective January 2025, should also enable alignment across the group, promote internal equity and allow us to improve the candidate experience.
This process reflects the collective efforts and collaboration between TA, HRBPs and C&B, making sure that alignment is made since the beginning of the recruitment process. Together, we aim to ensure clarity at each step of the process, foster collaboration and increase awareness of all stakeholders.

To ensure the effectiveness of the process, we are currently exploring the option of a workflow in iPeople and will let you know in due time.
