Dear HR Community,

We are very happy to announce that automatic notifications will now be triggered from iPeople, as part of the HR Campaigns.

This is going to be launched with the current iDevelop campaign.

Those notifications will be sent to:

• Employees when the task is pending at the employee step
• Managers when the task is pending at the manager step

They will be included in the “daily digest” the day following the notification.

3 automatic reminders are planned as part of the 2024 iDevelop campaign:

• 2 weeks before the end of the campaign (July 5^th)
• 1 week before  the end of the campaign (July 12^th)
• 1 day before the end of the campaign (July 18^th)

Thanks to this new feature, you as HR Partners won’t have to manually send reminders to employees & managers anymore.

This is a great opportunity to focus on supporting managers in having high impact development conversations and ensure the development plans formalized are high quality and impactful.

The iDevelop campaign is a key moment to for you to reflect, discuss and act on your development together with your manager.

‘Growing self’ is an important competency at Ipsen. Your Individual Development Plan is a key milestone for it.

This year, the campaign runs from June 3rd  to  July 19^th 2024.

This year, the campaign runs from June 3rd  to  July 19^th 2024.
