Dear all,

As part of our commitment to care of our environment, Ipsen objective is to transition from thermic cars to electric cars and reach our target to become carbon neutral by 2030 for car fleet related activities.

To support that objective, we would like to track the progress in iPeople.

As of today, we cannot track this information globally since the information is only stored in local systems.

To be able to communicate and follow-up on global data, we have added a new field in iPeople called “Company car” attached to the worker profile (in Actions / Additional Data).

You will be able to select the type of company car or type of allowance (you also need to update the allowance amount in the employee compensation):

• 1. Electric car
• 2. Hybrid car
• 3. Thermic car
• 4. Car allowance
• 5. Green car allowance
• 6. Eligible – choice to be finalized
• 7. Not eligible

As we have already collected the eligible employees, HRIS will mass upload this information as “Eligible – choice to be finalized” for those who are eligible and as “Not eligible” for the others.

Then, HR will have to update the right type of company car by accessing the worker profile, then click on Actions / Additional Data / Edit Effective-Dated Custom Object).
