Dear Colleagues,

It is with mixed emotions that I announce Tereza Kozuska is leaving Ipsen, her last effective day will be May 31, 2025. Since joining Ipsen in June 2015 as HR Head for Central Europe, Tereza has been instrumental and has made significant contributions to our team and organization.

 I am pleased to share that Tereza Jabali will be joining us on June 2, 2025 as the new Head of HR for the CEA cluster. Tereza will report directly to me and have a dotted line to Helene Rannou.

In this role, Tereza will be responsible for executing our people strategy through the design and implementation of both corporate and local initiatives. She will assist the CEA organization in leading, training, motivating, developing, empowering, and engaging our employees.

Tereza holds a degree in psychology and is a certified coach. She brings over 13 years of experience in the HR field, with a broad overview of the pharmaceutical sector. Her extensive experience includes various HR roles at local, regional, and global levels within Novartis and consulting organizations like SHL Talent Assessment. Tereza has led teams in the Czech Republic, Switzerland, and Scandinavia before moving back to Prague 1 year ago.

Tereza enjoys working closely with people, embracing their talents and passions, and creating a great workplace together. Outside of work, she is a passionate runner, enjoys cooking, eating, and reading thrilling books. She is based in Prague and is married with a two-year-old daughter.
