Dear colleagues,

We are pleased to welcome Mona Amin to Ipsen as HR International Operations Head, reporting to me.

Mona joined us on December 2 and will be based in Belgium.In this position, Mona, will support the Specialty Care organization by providing HR business partnering and leadership of the SC HR network within the NCEME Region and Asia (excluding China) & LatAm.

Mona brings a wealth of HR experience and has expertise in building and managing high performing HR teams, delivering sustainable change into organisations through mergers and acquisitions and has designed, developed and implemented HR infrastructure to handle critical to business metrics.

She joins us from Takeda where she held the position of HR Head ICMEA (India, CIS, Middle East Africa) and has also held HR roles with Shire, Baxalta, Baxter International, Gambro, IBM, P&G and Zen Exim. Mona holds a master’s in social work from the M.S. University of Baroda.

I am convinced that Mona’s operational & strategic experience will be a strong asset to Ipsen.
