Your role
- Create and execute sourcing strategies to identify the most qualified and diverse slate of candidates for global and local roles based in Global R&D teams for roles based in France (from entry roles to Senior Directors positions).
- Ensure a diverse pool of candidates
- Leverage our employer value proposition and referral program to attract the best talent
- Work in partnership with HRBP to leverage our internal succession plans
But also :
- Build talent communities and pipelines for critical positions by leveraging existing technologies and resources ( Management system databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc, advanced sourcing and other creative techniques).
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective candidates for future opportunities.
- Leverage Market Intelligence data to improve our external market knowledge
- Deliver operational excellence, aligning with the other hubs to guarantee the same experience Xhubs to our candidates and hiring managers
- Speak up and help the entire Talent community to bring innovative projects, tools and ideas to develop tomorrow’s best in class Talent organisation !
- Raise your hand and volunter to be part of global and local projects and initiatives !
And last but not least : collaborate with the global R&D stakeholders :
- Senior VP based in our 3 hubs : France, UK and US.
- VP HR R&D and its team and local HR R&D
- Talent Management teams global and local
- the global Talent Acquisition network based in France, UK and US
Profile
- English and French fluent as you will be working closely with international stakeholders based outside of the French Hub
- Prior experience in recruitment is not required as you will be receiving a full training
- You will be working on position such as : Medical Writers, Regulatory Operations, Biostatisticians, Research Pathologist, Data Managers, CMC Strategy, Clinical Development Programs, Clinical System Leads, Clinical Trial, Medical Development Directors…
- Competencies required for the role : excellent communication skills, proven organizational and planning skills, ability to build relationship with senior leaders, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to navigate in a complex environment dealing with ambiguity, agility, great team player and last but not least a great sense of humor 😉
This position reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition Hub France
Hybrid model : 60% office / 40% home office
Possibility to have a part time assignement
This assignment does not require a relocation to Boulogne, only occasional business trip
Period : from June to November/December
