I am very happy to share with you this great opportunity in Human Resources for a 6 month-part-time assignment to discover HR Communication and to work with different stakeholders in HR and in Corporate Communication. This part-time assignment (40%) is to cover Thao’s maternity leave.

Role : Global HR Communication and Project Lead
Assignment duration: 6 months starting asap (Dec 23-May 24)
Location: Boulogne (or remote with regular presence in France)
Pace: 2 to 3 days a week (40% of full time)
Reporting to: Sophie MAILLARD-MARCHANDISE – Head of HR Systems, Data Analytics and Strategy
This 6-month part-time assignment is an ideal opportunity to discover the HR environment and topics at global level as it is in close contact with all HR Centers of Excellence. If you are enthusiastic about communication, this is the opportunity to embrace and further develop your communications skills.
The purpose of this role is to support the HR community in the project management, communication, and uptake of global HR initiatives company wide.
To succeed, you will need to be creative, innovative, and be able to create communication contents. In this fast-paced environment, your eagerness, agility, and ability to adapt quickly to new scenarios, short deadlines, and changing briefs will be fully utilized.
This highly visible and collaborative position is at the heart of HR and fundamental to the HR CoEs’ success.
As part of Global HR team, the main missions of the Global HR Communication and Project Lead will be :
- Actively support the Centers of Excellence within HR (Talent, Compensation and Benefits, and HR Information Systems, Data Analytics & Strategy) with their communication needs in relation to their core projects; helping them to build, communication toolkits, and coordinate global deployment of actions within the HR community. Main projects during the mission (not exhaustive): International Women’s Day, Global Employee Engagement survey, Career Month, Pride Month, etc.
- Plan community and corporate events in relation to culture and engagement.
- Update content of HR tools and systems related to external or internal communication in relation with news and events (Glassdoor, MyIpsen, HR Insider)
- Maintain a close partnership with the global communication team and work with them as needed on all HR-related topics at Ipsen.
