I am very happy to share with you this great opportunity in Human Resources for a 6 month-full-time assignment, to become part of the Global Compensation & Benefits team, and work with different stakeholders in HR. This full-time temporary assignment is to cover Maria ARROYO’s sabbatical leave.
Role: Compensation & Benefits Specialist
Assignment duration: 6 months starting in March (March 2024- September 2024)
Location: Boulogne, France
Reporting to: Romain Levi – Head of Global Compensation
This 6-month assignment is an ideal opportunity to discover Compensation & Benefits at global level. If you are enthusiastic about key compensation projects & processes, this is the opportunity to embrace and further develop your skills.
To succeed, you will need to be comfortable with data & Excel, analytical & thorough. In this fast-paced environment, your agility, curiosity, reliability, and team spirit will be fully utilized.
As part of Global Compensation & Benefits team, the main missions of the C&B Specialist will be to :
- Work on the 2024 / 2025 “all in one stop” compensation roadmap, in close collaboration with the HRIS team
- Coordinate the participation to the 2024 compensation surveys. Be the main point of contact for country HRs & external providers
- Participate to the 2025 salary increase budgets preparation
- Support LATAM as preferred Comp & Ben partner
- Support the Global C&B team in different projects, processes, or requests (Job Catalog, Sales Incentives review)
