I am pleased to announce the appointment of Maxime Chesnais to the position of Training & Talent Management France Director, within the Human Resources France Department, as of March 1st, 2020.

Maxime will be in charge of defining the training policy for France, as well as developing, deploying and coordinating training plans on our various sites in line with Ipsen’s strategic orientations.

He will bring his expertise to the teams to support and deploy all the group policies related to Talent Management and will also propose appropriate communication actions.

Maxime holds a Master 2 in “Space and Environments” and joined Ipsen in 2016 as Training Manager.

He then moved on to the position of Training Director for French Operations in charge of defining training plans and their operational and technical deployment.

Prior to that, he acquired a solid experience in the field as a Medical Sales Representative and trainer at GSK, then as Regional Director and Senior Trainer at Novartis.

Maxime will report directly to me and will be based in Boulogne.
