It’s time for managers to communicate on Performance Ratings.
An iPeople announcement is now available on the managers’ home page, with a direct link to the Performance Ratings of their direct reports.

Instructions for the communication template
Subject: Managers to communicate on 2021 Perf Ratings from 12th Jan to 28th Feb
Recipients: ALL MANAGERS
There are 2 options:
Option 1: Use the communication templates, adjust it if you have minor modifications, then forward the email to your teams accordingly.
Option 2: If you need to translate and modify some elements:
- Create a free account on www.mailchimp.com
- Add the template to your profile with the link (template in ENG) / link (template in FR).
- Perform your changes in Mailchimp
- Send a test email to yourself
- Forward the email to your teams accordingly
