I am thrilled to share our latest achievements in external recognition with you!

Last week, we received confirmation that 12 out of our 15 participating locations have been awarded the Great Place to Work certification this year! I extend my heartfelt thanks to all the locations that participated in this process and offer my congratulations to Australia, Austria, China, Czechia, Belgium, Spain, the UK, Singapore, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Germany, and Switzerland. With this, we have proudly achieved our target of 28 accredited locations in 2024!

The GPTW certification not only acknowledges our hard work in creating a great workplace but also provides valuable insights into our employee engagement, helping us strengthen our efforts for the future. We can also be proud of the great collaboration between global and local teams to make this happen.

Additionally, we have been ranked 25th in the Top 100 Best Companies to Work For in Europe in 2024 by Fortune, in partnership with GPTW. This list includes 25 multinational organizations and 75 large companies (500 employees and more). For the second consecutive year, we are also recognized as one of the World’s Best Employers by Forbes.

These accreditations, along with the Shingo Prizes, highlight our progress in fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and impact. They also demonstrate that our commitment to continuously improving our workplace for our people worldwide is paying off.
