We would like to update you about Leading the Ipsen Way training sessions coming soon: 19 face to face workshops have been scheduled between March and July 2020!

As you know this Leadership program is key for leaders to embed the one Ipsen Way of Being in their leadership practices and allow them to drive Ipsen’s culture, foster team engagement and lead performance.

The main benefit is the opportunity to engage with other peers from different backgrounds and share with them their own leadership challenges and success.

In the current context, we think it’s important to maintain the pace and the training dynamic and to offer them the opportunity to pursue your Learning journey. Therefore we’ve worked on a solution to convert the face to face workshop into virtual session while keeping the content and the facilitation style. The agenda is adapted with a succession of virtual sequences in large group and working sequences with peers in between.

A first virtual workshop took place successfully last week in North America.

Today, we are pleased to confirm that we maintain all the scheduled workshops.
