Dear HR Community.

We are pleased to announce that Germany has officially launched AskHR for both German-based employees / managers and the HR team. This marks an important milestone for the team and the implementation of AskHR.

AskHR offers significant benefits by streamlining the way we work and interact with stakeholders, employees, and managers. Whilst not limited, it offers better structure, visibility, quality, and workload management.

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Svenja and the entire team for their exceptional efforts in ensuring a smooth go-live of all features. Their dedication has been evident in every aspect, from effective communication to knowledge development and continuous improvement of internal processes. Congratulations to Svenja and the team on this accomplishment.

In parallel with the AskHR implementation, the team has also diligently worked on the rollout of iPeople Absence Management, addressing the sensitive topic of employee absences. This initiative reduces reliance on local systems and promotes the use of our global HR system, iPeople. The deployment will continue with Austria and Switzerland to ensure regional alignment within the team’s scope.
