We are pleased to announce the appointment of Latifa Brunet to the position of Human Resources Director for our Manufacturing site of Signes, effective April 20, 2026.
Latifa Brunet has a rich background combining dual expertise in Business and Human Resources, acquired in demanding industrial environments, particularly in the pharmaceutical and agri-food sectors.
Throughout her career, and in particular within Mars Petcare, Système U and recently Sanofi, she has held positions of management and HR responsibility, with a strong specialization in supporting industrial and organizational transformations and in the management and development of HR and managerial teams.
Holder of a DESS in Marketing & Production, Latifa is also a certified mediator in conflict prevention and management.
Recently, as HR Director of an industrial site, Latifa has supported major transformation challenges, including transition contexts, while ensuring that a quality social climate, employee safety and the sustainable performance of the organization are maintained.
Her ability to combine proximity to the field, strategic vision and operational requirements will be a key asset in supporting the teams at the Signes site and supporting its industrial and human ambitions.

Nous avons le plaisir d’annoncer la nomination de Latifa Brunet au poste de Directrice des Ressources Humaines du site de Signes, et ce à compter du 20 Avril 2026.
Latifa Brunet dispose d’un parcours riche combinant une double expertise Business et Ressources Humaines, acquise dans des environnements industriels exigeants, notamment dans les secteurs pharmaceutique et agro-alimentaire.
Tout au long de sa carrière et notamment au sein des entreprises Mars Petcare, Système U et récemment Sanofi, elle a occupé des fonctions de Direction et de responsabilité RH, avec une forte spécialisation en accompagnement des transformations industrielles et organisationnelles et dans le management et développement des équipes RH et managériales.
Titulaire d’un DESS Marketing & Production, Latifa est également Médiatrice certifiée en prévention et gestion de conflits.
Dernièrement, en tant que DRH de site industriel, Latifa a accompagné des enjeux majeurs de transformation, incluant des contextes de transition, tout en veillant à maintenir un climat social de qualité, la sécurité des collaborateurs et la performance durable de l’organisation. Sa capacité à conjuguer proximité terrain, vision stratégique et exigence opérationnelle sera un atout clé pour accompagner les équipes du site de Signes et soutenir ses ambitions industrielles et humaines.
