Dear HR colleagues,
As you already know and experienced, we use Klaxoon application at Ipsen for more than 3 years now on specific events. But with the current situation, we think it is essential for you to have the right tools to better animate as HR your meetings, training sessions and events in face to face or remotely .
At this stage, Ipsen still have limited licenses so we assigned 1 HR Klaxoon account per site ,except for the 3 hubs where we could have more, ( find the list below), and the idea is to share the Klaxoon account within a team.
From this point, for the HR Klaxoon Account owners:
1/ You should have received an email notification to create your login/password back in April
2/ We invite you to take a welcome tour in your profile menu and watch this capsule video on Klaxoon Academy: https://app.klaxoon.com/participate/capsule/D8BHBS
3/ We will organize specific Klaxoon training session for all HRs to better understand When using it , Why ? and How? on the 25 th of August at 4 pm & 9 of September at 11 am (Teams invites to be send)
For the ones who already have an account, please confirm you have access. For new account owners, please let us know if you prefer someone else in your team to get access, let us know if we miss anyone too.
