We are very pleased to share that effective November 9th, Kendra Baillie will be promoted to Director, Human Resources Ipsen Canada and Global R&D.
In addition to her current role leading the HR function for Ipsen Canada, Kendra will assume responsibility for supporting the Therapeutic Area Unit Heads, Yan Moore, Jim Roach and Steven Glyman, as well as Finance R&D, and will be the Montreal Site HR leader. Kendra will lead the talent agenda and support the R&D transformation while supporting our new Global Asset Leads and bringing the Asset Model to life. Kendra will report to me with a dotted line to Ed Dybka, and sit on the R&D HR Leadership Team in addition to the Ipsen Canada Leadership Team.
Kendra joined Ipsen in April 2019, and since that time has been instrumental in supporting Canada’s growth by leading talent strategies & programs, and operating as a key member of the Ipsen Canada Leadership Team in close collaboration with the North America HR team. Prior to Ipsen, Kendra worked as an HRBP at Celgene, Canada, as well as held other roles at GlaxoSmithKline Canada and the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General.She is a graduate of the University of Waterloo and holds a Master of Industrial Relationsdegree from Queen’s University.
Katie Kamradt has decided to leave Ipsen to pursue other opportunities. I want to thank Katie for the tremendous support and leadership of HR over the last year and wish her well in her new endeavour. As part of the changes, Chris Hawkins will assume responsibility for Business Operations, Alex Gonzales will support Regulatory Affairs in North America and Global Business Development in addition to his other responsibilities, and Justin Dowling will take on Cambridge Site HR work in addition to his current role.
