We are pleased to announce that Karolina Czarnecka joined Ipsen Poland on November 1, 2020, as HR Specialist, reporting solid line to Joanna Sosnowska, HR Manager Poland & Ukraine.  Karolina will be located at our Warsaw office in Poland. In this role Karolina will support both SC and CHC divisions.

Karolina studied Sociology at University of Social Science and Humanities and a Postgraduate course in HR Business Partnering at Warsaw School of Economics.  She has worked as an HR Specialist at Promedica Care, PKO BP and Grupa Żywiec and brings to us very solid experience from digital HR projects and personal administration.

Karolina’s main goal will be to provide HR functional support to employees for all HR processes: payroll, HR administration, recruitment, benefits.
