As part of our HR transformation and enhancing the HR business partnership in Latin America, we are pleased to welcome Juliana Martinelli to Ipsen as Head of Human Resources Latin America. Juliana will join us on 9th of November and will be based in São Paulo, Brazil.
In this position, Juliana will be directly reporting to João Carlos de Britto, Head of Latin America & GM Brazil and will have a functional reporting to Mona Amin, HR Operations International. Vanessa Fukuda, HR Manager Brazil, will be directly reporting to Juliana. Martha Lopez, HR Manager Mexico, will continue to directly report to Mauricio Guizar, GM Mexico and, will have a functional reporting to Juliana.
Juliana is a strong international Human Resources leader whose career developed in multinational companies in Brazil and Germany. Juliana joins us from Getinge Brazil where she held the role of Director HR LatAm and created the start-up of a new HR function in Latin America with full implementation of all HR practice fields.
Before joining Getinge Brazil, Juliana joined Evonik Degussa Brazil originally as HR Manager, Strategic Projects and Mobility Management and was later promoted to the Regional Head Mobility Centre.
Juliana started her career as a Team Specialist and Senior Recruiting expert at BASF Services Europe in Berlin. Juliana holds a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Linguistics and Cultural Studies (German, English and Spanish) –from the Technology University of Dresden, Germany.
