Dear HR colleagues,

As you know, we are evolving the Global Talent Acquisition model to build our internal talent acquisition capabilities, while strategically partnering with our RPO and Executive Search firms to attract top talent for Ipsen. As part of this, a dedicated TA lead position for each hub/region has been created. With this, we have decided to separate the Talent Development / Learning role from the Talent Acquisition role for France.

We regret to announce that Alix DE CARNE, Director Talent Acquisition and Learning France, has decided to leave Ipsen to pursue another career opportunity and will leave us on the 24th of January 2020.

To succeed to Alix, we are happy to announce that Jordana SEKULA is promoted to Talent Acquisition Hub Lead in France. Located in Boulogne and reporting to Lisa DiPAOLO Senior Vice President North America Human Resources & Global Talent Acquisition, Jordana will manage the France TA team. Noémie GASSER and Amandine MATUIVE will report into her.

Jordana is graduated as a Pharmacist with a Healthcare Strategy and Management Masters from ESSEC. She began her career in HR 8 years ago when she joined STRAMMER, a recruiting agency specializing in pharma and medical device searches. After 3 years at the recruiting agency, Jordana knew she wanted to be an internal employee at a pharmaceutical company again. She did so by becoming an internal recruiter for several companies including BMS UPSA and AbbVie, where she served as a Talent Acquisition Manager for their French Affiliates. She has shown leadership since joining Ipsen in April 2019, and we look forward to her taking on this new role.

The Talent Management/Learning role for France will remain reporting to Cyrille DEBAR, Vice President Human Resources France. The recruitment for this role is ongoing. Christine CHENET and Isabelle TOMASI will report to this position.
