As you know, in 2024, we run the first annual review of our Job Catalogue, so that we now have a robust referential.

Main timelines for 2025 annual review are as follows:

• Requests need to be submitted by end of May using this template
• • Please make sure that your request is approved by the Job Family HR owner (=Global HRBPs depending on scope, see table below)

To facilitate the analysis of the requests and to make sure that the arbitration meetings are efficient, we really need you to complete the rationale, the definitions, the employee mapping and to assess the potential impacts.

• • Requests to be sent to Mathilde Pochat & Siv-Sane
• Arbitration meetings will be organized in June
  • Participants are: HR owners / C&B / Talent / HRIS
