IT’S TIME FOR MANAGERS TO COMMUNICATE ON PERFORMANCE RATINGS

Dear HR Community,

 

It’s time for managers to communicate the Overall Performance Rating and/or the Individual Factor % to their teams. They have until February 29th before the employees are notified and get access to acknowledge their Performance Review between March 1st and 12th.

Please find the link to the communication template in English or in French. You can download the template, click forward then edit and translate if needed, then send it to your teams accordingly.

PS: Please advise there was a typo on the English version (March 15th instead of March 12th). Make sure you got the last version for the communication.

An iPeople announcement is now available on the managers’ Home Page, with a direct link to the Performance Ratings of their direct reports. Bear in mind the “Announcements” section has been moved down on to the Home Page since Workday upgrade in 2022.
