It’s official, our roles and responsibilities 2.0 process is here!

As many of you know, we have been working on reviewing our Talent Acquisition process over the past quarter, with the aim to evolve our practices to have a real impact on the organization. Our North Star has been to create a flow that aims to deliver a great and fluid experience for our candidates, our hiring managers, and everyone involved in recruiting talent for Ipsen.

In true Ipsen fashion, this is a product of intense collaboration from the entire HR community, we invite you all to dig deeper into the new process, which will be effective June 1st (we know…just a few days to go, exciting!).

In this process map, you’ll find who your local TA partners are, the roles and responsibilities across the board (by levels), and a sum up of who does what!

We count on all of you to make this iteration a success.
