Dear HR Colleagues,
As you already know, it is been a year now ,we invested in a Premium Glassdoor page establishing a governance with Global Communication to update content and answer the reviews. We also have been working on an Employee Engagement Strategy.
Part of this strategy is to engage more our HR leaders and overall community about what’s happening on Glassdoor and in external platforms in general providing relevant employees’feedback and impacting our Global Employer Brand reputation.
So please find,
- Global report which will be edited each quarter for the HR community to follow up and take appropriate actions to reach our target rating of 4.0 and beyond this year!
- Deep dive into the Ipsen Glassdoor rating per location (cumulative) & Full reviews of Q1 2021 with details. Allowing you to better analyze the reviews and people behind it when we get the right data.
- Employee Engagement kit explaining current automation and email templates tool kit for HRs to use when they want to push Glassdoor reviews to key stakeholders.
We are proud to say that we are making good progress and we need your full support to continue to do so !
