**UPDATE – 11.12.23**

Dear all,

Due to a workaround engineered by the HRIS team, we now have all vacancies in all job categories posted on the Ipsen careers site, currently hosted by Phenom.

Unfortunately, there are 12 job requisitions which are not published due to issues with the job families:

Associate Director, Late Stage Partnering – R-15403
Chargé(e) Affaires Réglementaires H/F – R-15431
Senior Product Manager, Neuroscience – R-15131
Legal Director Global Assets & Brands, Oncology – R-15456
Senior Manager, Statistical Programming H/F – R-14679
Key Account Manager – R-15042
Associate Director, GTN Accounting & Forecasting – R-15335
VP & Head, Medical Affairs, Oncology – R-15425
GPS Periodic Reporting / Risk Management Plan (RMP) Associate – R-15433
Stage – Assistant Chef de Produit Neurosciences à partir d’avril 2024 (6 mois) – H/F Boulogne – R-15028
Internal Communications Lead – R-15334
Stagiaire – Business Analysis (à partir de Mars 2024 pour 6 mois) H/F – Boulogne  R-15074

The HRIS team are continuing to work on these challenges but we aim to have the new careers site live very soon.

We will continue to keep you updated.

**UPDATE – 07.12.23**

Dear all,

Please note, despite continued efforts, we are still experiencing issues with job vacancies posting to the current Phenom careers website from iPeople.

The HRIS team are continuing to implement a solution, but in the meantime, are also progressing well with the final build of the new careers website which will be live next week, including critical integrations with our main external job boards, Indeed, Glassdoor and LinkedIn.

We appreciate this is a cause for significant concern within the hiring manager, TA Partner and HR population, but please be assured we are working as hard as possible to find a solution.

We will keep you updated on the situation.

**UPDATE – 06.12.23 **
Dear All,

Please note the Ipsen careers website is still not working currently for the job requisitions belonging to the following job family groups:

  • Engineering (2023)
  • General Management/Strategy
  • IT/Digital/Data
  • Market Access (2023)
  • Project Management / Strategy (2023)
  • Regulatory / Pharmacovigilance
  • Supply Chain (2023)

For these groups, the job vacancies are not posted despite the relevant actions being taken within the job requisitions on iPeople, and candidates cannot apply.

We are in a process of decommissioning the existing solution and we will be switching to the new career site next week. A communication on the new career site will follow. In the meantime we will continue to push hard to get the resolution from our current provider but the context is not helpful.

You can check the job family group to which the job requisition belongs by following the steps below:
Open the job requisition in iPeople > Click on the tab “Details” > In the tab “Details”, click on the “Jobs Families for Job Profiles”
If in the field “Part of Job Family Group” you have one of the values above, the job requisition is impacted by the incident.

We will keep you updated on the situation.

**UPDATE**

Dear All,

Please note the Ipsen careers website has now returned to being fully functional as of 28.11.2023.

All jobs posted as ‘external’ via a job requisition on iPeople will be posted via the normal process on the careers site. Manual posting is also operational.

We would like to take this moment to thank the whole HRIS team for their hard work in getting the careers site back fully functioning.

If you notice there are still challenges with a position posting, please notify the team directly via the standard IT ticketing process.

Dear All,

We are aware there is an issue affecting the Ipsen careers website resulting in job vacancies not being posted, updated or removed, despite the relevant actions being taken within the job requisitions on iPeople. It has also been raised that candidates cannot apply.

We have been working with our external partners at Phenom, who host the careers website, to diagnose the issue and it transpires the error has occurred due to changing to the new job catalogue in iPeople last week.

We are now working with Phenom to resolve the issue and aim to have the careers site back up and functioning as soon as possible.

We will update you once the issue is resolved.
