Dear HR,

Following our previous communications and because the Annual Compensation Review preparation needs, we must enforce an iPeople freeze on any organization & compensation change request from January 26th. Tomorrow is your last to submit and finalize any change request before the iPeople freeze.

• January 25th: closing window for iPeople change requests : last chance to complete your ongoing processes.

• January 26th: all remaining iPeople change requests will be cancelled by HRIS, no exception

• from January 26th to February 1st: full iPeople freeze (except recording new hires or terminations)

• from February 2nd to March 1st: iPeople freeze for ACR-eligible employees only; possible to submit change requests for non ACR-eligible employees (and still new hires or terminations).

Thanks in advance for complying with this calendar, this is critical for the success of our ACR campaign and no exception is possible.
