Dear HR Ops teams and HR Shared Services,

In preparation of the upcoming year-end activities (iPerform & ACR campaigns, URD/CSRD, etc.), we will be conducting data quality check in iPeople to ensure the accuracy of key information impacting these processes. Part of the controls are run by the HRIS team, and some controls must be run by yourself. This is critical to ensure that the data are up to date to have smooth processes for managers and HR.

As explained during the webinars:

• October 1^st: you will receive from Jacques Beslin detailing the issues identified by the HRIS team within your scope. Please review and respond with the necessary corrections by October 17th. Jacques will then update the data in iPeople accordingly.

• By October 17^th: please complete the data checks that fall under your responsibility (refer to the slides available here). Send any required corrections to Jacques by this date.
• October 20^th – 24^th, Jacques will make the corrections in iPeople.

We kindly remind you that data should be entered promptly as events occur—particularly terminations at year-end—to maintain data integrity.
