A few weeks ago, we launched the Season of Development and shared our commitment to investing in the growth of our HR community. Today, we are excited to announce the next step in that journey! 

The AIHR Foundation Journey is Now Live 

Our dedicated Foundation Journey has been launched on the Academy to Innovate HR (AIHR) platform and is available on the start page. This learning journey has been designed to strengthen the critical capabilities that will help us continue to evolve as a strategic, future-ready HR function. 

The Foundation Journey focuses on three key topics: 

• Business Acumen – strengthening our understanding of the business and the external environment in which Ipsen operates 
• Leading Change – enhancing our ability to effectively support transformation and guide leaders and teams through change 
• AI Fluency – complementing our Ipsen internal AI literacy trainings, building our confidence and capability in leveraging AI to increase impact and effectiveness 

What We Ask From You 

Please complete the Foundation Journey by the end of October, ahead of the launch of our Persona-Based Learning Journeys, which will provide more tailored development based on your role and career path within HR. 

To help you succeed: 

• Set aside dedicated time in your calendar over the coming weeks 
• Progress through the modules at a pace that works for you 
• Apply your learning through discussions with colleagues, team and manager 
• Share insights and recommendations with the wider HR community 

 This Foundation Journey creates a common baseline of knowledge and capability across our function, ensuring we are all equipped with the skills needed to support Ipsen’s ambitions and navigate the future of HR with confidence.
