Now, it’s time to intentionally focus on you.
Over the Season of Development, we will be launching a series of learning opportunities designed specifically for our HR community — to strengthen our capabilities, support your career ambitions, and continue building a highly strategic, future-ready HR function.
What to expect
We are bringing together a mix of external expertise, structured learning, and practical tools to support you. This will include:
- Launch of Academy to Innovate HR Platform & HR learning journeys with a community challenge
- External speaker session to inspire and challenge our thinking
- Continual sharing of learning content via HR Development
- Career Hub for HR, providing clarity on development opportunities
- Reinforcement of iDevelop, ensuring we fully leverage it for our own growth
This is not a one-off initiative, but part of a broader commitment to continuous development and growth within our HR community — aligned with our ambition to learn, share, and evolve together.
