Dear Colleagues,

Ahead of the first of event planned in our Global D&I calendar, International Women’s Day, I am sharing with you through the slides here our plans for the day as well as how the event fits in our 3-pillar strategy for D&I.

Top line:

• International Women’s Day is on the 8^th March 2023
• The theme is #EmbraceEquity
• We will mark the event the week of the 6^th March
• We are planning one global event to run in English that week

Call to action:

We want our Ipsen voices to be part of this event too, and therefore are calling for Ipsen volunteers (from any gender and parts of the world ) to share how they believe Ipsen embraces equity. Please see details in slide 14-16 attached.

We are aiming for:

• • 2 volunteers from each cluster
  • To record a video of themselves saying the statement “I believe Ipsen embraces gender equity because…” or “Ipsen embraces gender equity by…” followed by something they have noticed or experienced.
  • Send videos to Thao and myself by 8^th February (in 2 weeks’ time)
  • The videos will be collated into one whole and shared via My Ipsen during the week of the 6^th March
