With International Women’s Day just around the corner, please find below a summary of the global plans:
IWD: Sunday 8th March / Ipsen celebration dates: week commencing 9th March
Theme:
The international theme this year is “Give to Gain”, emphasizing of the power of solidarity, reciprocity and support.
Event: 11th March at 16:00 CET, on Teams.
External / internal perspectives panel bringing together Regis Mulot, Sandra Silvestri, Etienne Delille, and Kathryn Phelps as co-chair of Elevate (the ERG that supports our work on gender equity); Josep Catlla will moderate. They will be joined by external speaker Dr Anne-Marie Imafidon, and the talk will be centered on equity in STEM / AI. The event will be recorded, and the recording will be made available on the DEI page on My Ipsen the week following the event. For offices for whom the event is outside your normal working hours, we recommend organising a grouped viewing of the recording, which allows colleagues to further discuss the topics raised.

Office decorations:
The official IWD decorations packs have been sent to all offices in France, UK, Ireland, and to Cambridge to encourage local activations. Don’t hesitate to share your pictures!
