Thank you all for your commitment to ensuring that every employee has a Development Planning conversation and a formalized Development Plan!

96,5% of Ipsen employees have a development plan in iPeople (after automatically validating all plans that were remaining today at manager step)

This is a great achievement and the Talent Management & Development team will now be able to run analysis on these plans to ensure we have the supportive ressources and offer.

The implementation of these plans will be driven by the employees with the support of their managers and HR teams.
