We wanted to update you on the 2020 iDevelop campaign:

We finalized the iDevelop discussion guide in English &French that will be very helpful for employees and managers to prepare their development discussion.

For your information, we just added the guide in:

•  iPeople’s homepage Announcement section with the tutorial video.

•  Ipsen Planet global HR pages , in the Career development specific page. 

We suggest you take the time next week to translate if needed  and send a reminder email to your population with the guide around 22 nd of April.

We are planning a global communication on Ipsen Planet on the 29th of April 2020, which will correspond to 4 weeks after the start of the campaign.
