We wanted to update you on the 2020 iDevelop campaign: thanks to your active participation during our FORUM we are pleased to answer your specific requests.
We finalized the Development Workshop, which you experienced during GHRM in October 2019, in a remote condensed digital version to help your managers to become talent builders: by working on and understanding objectives of the development discussion.

We also added a new document to help your employees and managers to better understand how to successfully use the 70:20:10 model. This will give them concrete examples of learning actions as well as a grid to obtain the best mix of actions in order to reach their development need:
