Dear HR Colleagues,
As you know, every employee should have a development plan at Ipsen and the 2021 iDevelop Campaign is closing this Friday 16th of July! (open since 1st April).
in 2020, we reached a rate of 97%, our 2021 target is to reach 100% of development plans completed! We count on you to achieve this result!
To date, we have achieved 75% of development plans completed, 12% are with Manager’s review but still, 13% of development plans to be started and submitted by employees who are mainly located in UK, USA, China and France. Please find below some statistics, as of today, on the development plan campaign champions!
Today, we ask you to send a friendly reminder to your population, as your managers still have only 2 days left to complete and submit the development plans of all their team members. Please find a message template here to be sent to your Managers to encourage them to finalize this process. ACT TODAY!
Remember that it is also time to cancel development plans of people in long leaves, or apprentices and short-term contracts (trainees are already excluded).
