On 29th and 30th of June, the HRLT gathered virtually across the US (Lisa & Anne-Laure), the UK (Monika & Nicole) and Boulogne (with Mona joining from Brussels).

On the agenda: sharing session on HR 2020 Trends, a first discussion around 2021 HR Priorities and the initiation of a Strategic Capabilities Planning (SCP) exercise applied to the HR Function (leveraging the pilot led by HR on Supply Chain)

Very fruitful and energizing session and a good preparation to David’s arrival!
