As part of our new Group strategy, Focus. Together. For patients & society, I am very pleased to announce the following changes at Human Resources Leadership Team to pursue our common purpose to build a culture of collaboration and excellence:

Fabienne ASTIER is nominated Global Head of Talent reporting to me, effective September 1st, 2021. She will be located in Boulogne – France.Fabienne will lead Talent Acquisition and Talent Development and Learning teams and will be responsible for building best-in-class strategies and programs in the following areas: Talent acquisition, Talent management, succession planning, executive development, leadership development and learning.
She will provide thought leadership and execution support around all aspects of talent to the executive leadership team. In addition, Fabienne will work closely with all HRBPs and HR leaders around the globe, in a collaborative partnership, articulating and enhancing the talent agenda and supporting processes to ensure the existence of a robust and high-caliber leadership and technical talent pipeline.
Graduated in 1991 from EDHEC, French business school, Fabienne completed with a master’s degree in human resources from HEC in 2005 and was recently been certified as an executive coach from the HEC global executive coaching program.
Fabienne brings to Ipsen 30 years of experience in the pharma industry, with 10 years+ in commercial, product and marketing roles, and 20 years in HR roles with Sanofi. After 10 years in Product Management and Marketing roles at Warner Lambert Consumer and at Sanofi, she started her career in HR, in charge of talent development for Europe, before becoming a Business HR leader in charge of various teams: Northern Europe, France BU, Global support functions, European Commercial Operations, until becoming Head of HR of Sanofi Pasteur until leaving few months ago.

Agata OLEMPIEJUK COMBAZ is nominated Global Business Human Resources – Technical Operations reporting to me and functionally to Aidan Murphy effective October 1st, 2021.
Agata will replace Nicole Launay that will be progressively retired at the end of 2021.
As part of the HRLT and TOLT, Agata will be responsible for initiating, developing and implementing HR strategies in line with Ipsen business objectives and to support Technical Operations divisions whilst proactively building and maintaining relationship with the key business players.
Graduated in Human Resources in 2007 from ESCP and MBA at HEC in 2021, Agata has started her career at Sanofi in 2006 where she successively holds position of HR generalist for Asian, Central Europe and Intercontinental countries until 2013, when she joined Ipsen as HR Manager for Primary Care divisions. In June 2016, she has been in charge of Corporate Functions before becoming in February 2018, Human Resources Director for French Commercial Operations while supporting Tech Ops populations located in Boulogne.
Please join me welcoming Fabienne and congratulating Agata for their new endeavors and thanking Lisa DiPaolo for having built the Global Talent acquisition team 3 years ago and Nicole Launay for her handover with Agata until end of December 2021.
