Dear colleagues,

I am delighted to announce that André de Morais Rocha has joined Ipsen as HRIS Specialist as of June 12^th. André is based in Boulogne and report to me.

In his new role, André will start working on iPeople support to gain knowledge of the HR systems and processes. He will also progressively contribute to other topics / projects that are part of our roadmap.

Before joining Ipsen, André worked for almost 3 years at General Electric Steam Power and Renewable Energy. He worked with and supported HRBPs in various HR projects on Talent management, HR operations, reporting, analytics and HRIS. André has already acquired knowledge on Workday especially on Human Capital Management (organization, security).

André has also gained HR experience through a variety of roles, from recruiting at Meero (an international photography agency), to HR generalist at TIBCO (an American software developer), to HR Development Officer at Intersec (a French telco software developer). Always with either a global scope or multi-regional scope.

André is a “TCK” (Third Culture Kid) and was born in Brazil and grew up in various countries due to his parents’ work. After his birth, his family moved to Guinea-Conakry where he lived for 10 years. He then lived 2 years in South Africa, 3 years Brazil, 5 years in England, 1 year in the USA, and has been living in France for almost 7 years now. This exposure to contrasting cultures and beliefs gave him learning agility and adaptability, a global mindset and Intercultural/language skills (he’s fluent in English, French, Portuguese and Spanish).

I’m excited in welcoming André as part of the HRIS team and I’m convinced he will bring a lot to the team.

J’ai le plaisir d’annoncer qu’André de Morais Rocha a rejoint Ipsen en tant que spécialiste SIRH depuis le 12 juin. André est basé à Boulogne et me reporte.

Dans son nouveau rôle, André commencera à travailler sur le support iPeople afin d’acquérir une connaissance du système et des processus RH. Il contribuera également progressivement à d’autres sujets / projets qui font partie de notre roadmap.

Avant de rejoindre Ipsen, André a travaillé pendant près de 3 ans chez General Electric Steam Power and Renewable Energy. Il a travaillé et soutenu les HRBP dans divers projets RH sur la gestion des talents, les opérations RH, le reporting, l’analyse et le SIRH. André a déjà acquis des connaissances sur Workday, en particulier sur la gestion du capital humain (organisation, sécurité).

André a également acquis une expérience RH à travers une variété de rôles : recrutement chez Meero (une agence photographique internationale), généraliste RH chez TIBCO (un développeur de logiciels américain), responsable du développement RH chez Intersec (un développeur de logiciels pour les opérateurs télécoms français). Toujours avec une portée globale ou multirégionale.

Il a ensuite vécu 2 ans en Afrique du Sud, 3 ans au Brésil, 5 ans en Angleterre, 1 an aux États-Unis et vit en France depuis près de 7 ans. Cette exposition à des cultures et des croyances différentes lui a permis d’acquérir une agilité d’apprentissage et une capacité d’adaptation, un état d’esprit global et des compétences interculturelles/linguistiques (il parle couramment l’anglais, le français, le portugais et l’espagnol).

Je suis ravie d’accueillir André au sein de l’équipe SIRH et je suis convaincue qu’il apportera beaucoup à l’équipe.
