HR R&D Organization announcements

Dear HR Colleagues,

Following my announcement as the BHR for Global R&D, I’m very pleased to announce the following organizational changes to the Global R&D HR team effective September 1st, 2020. This team will work together to help drive the overall Global R&D transformation and support the people and organizational strategies to move the organization forward:

 

Khadija Dembélé will assume the role as Director, Human Resources, Global R&D Functions. She will report to me and will be based in our Bathroad office  in the UK. In this role, Khadija will provide strategic leadership and oversight as a trusted business partner to the Global Clinical Development Operations, Research, Non-Clinical, and Early Development functions and for the Global Research & Development Operations function and will support Heather, Christelle and Ritu respectively providing strategic leadership and HR expertise to those functions across all sites (UK, France, USA).

Khadija has been with Ipsen for nearly 9 years and brings a wealth of HR insight and expertise. In previous roles, Khadija provided HR partnering to Global, Franchises, TechOps, and R&D divisions. She also has experience in Talent Acquisition where she led the function for the UK & Ireland Hub. Most recently, she has led the Milton Park site and contributed to building the site culture for success and helping the site to become a Great Place to Work.  Khadija will continue to support Milton Park until the end of August until a successor is named.

Aline Dudouit will assume the role as Director, Human Resources, Global R&D Functions supporting the Pharmaceutical Development and Global Regulatory Affairs & Quality organizations. She will report to me and will be based in Boulogne office. In this role, Aline will provide strategic leadership, HR expertise, and oversight as a trusted business partner to Philippe Pitchen and Stephane André in addition to her role as Deputy, HR for Global R&D HR.

Aline joined Ipsen in May 2015 as Global HRIS Manager. In 2018, she took on the role of Deputy Vice-President HR for Research & Development and HR Business Partner for Pharmaceutical Development. She was BHR for the Global Pharmaceutical Development Leadership Team working closely with Philippe Pitchen and the local HR teams. She has also managed activities such as Training & Recruitment, Talent Management & Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations and Human Resources Information Systems in close collaboration with Corporate HR teams.

Katie Kamradt will assume the role as Director, Human Resources Business Partner providing strategic HR Business Partner support for the R&D Therapeutic Area Leads for Neurology, Oncology, and Rare Disease R&D and R&D Finance supporting Steven Glyman, Yan Moore, Jim Roach, and Jennifer Glennon, respectively. She will also support Global Business Development, Ventures & Partnering, NA Business Operations, and NA Regulatory and with serve as site HR for R&D in Cambridge as well as support Montreal and Newton. She will continue to report to me and will be based in Cambridge, MA. In this role, Katie will partner with her respective organizations to drive key strategic and operational priorities as we move forward to develop a One Ipsen culture, ensuring the alignment of our people strategy, partnering on employee experience programs and initiatives, and driving execution across the business in support of our business objectives.  She will work closely with me to assimilate new leaders and team members, institutionalize a winning culture, and support our efforts to rebrand the organization as a destination organization.

Katie joined Ipsen in April 2019 as Director of Strategic Initiatives & Operations.

Alexandra Anguissola will assume the role as HR Director for Les Ulis and Dreux PharmSciences sites. She will continue to report to Catherine George and will be based in Les Ulis. In this role, she will continue to partner closely with the site leadership team of Les Ulis and she will also be part of PharmDev Dreux Leadership Team, bringing innovative ideas on initiatives to transform sites into a great place to work. In this role, Alexandra will sit on the R&D HRLT. Alexandra will be critical to building the site culture for success for both locations.

Alexandra has been with Ipsen for 10 years and brings a wealth of HR insight and expertise. In previous roles, she provided HR partnering to Global Functions, IT, Finance, Communication. In 2015, she became the HR Director for Les Ulis site.

Marjorie Freal-Saison will join the HR Transformation Organization as HR Data Analytics and Transformation officer, reporting to Sophie Marchandise.

In this role, Marjorie will support HR teams in identifying and developing appropriate KPIs and analytics to help managers to take data-driven decisions and HR teams to continuously improve. In the transition period, she will ensure that the monitoring tools developed to support the R&D transformation remain operational and, if relevant, are even extended to other areas.

Marjorie joined Ipsen in November 2011 as R&D Financial Controller in les Ulis. She worked across the different teams and therapeutic areas switching from Neurology to Oncology including Business Partnering, Budgeting, Forecasting during several years. She joined HR teams in September 2019 as HR R&D Specialist reporting to Aline Dudouit, where she was responsible for enabling transversal coordination of HR activities, processes and initiatives, providing support to the R&D Business HR.

 

I would also like to extend a special thanks to Anne-Laure Amoros for her support and professionalism through the transition.
