The HR Principles v2.0 are now officially available and supersede the previous version.
Our HR Principles were first introduced in September 2019 and this second version has been reviewed in depth by the HRLT and by many site/country HRs (here the version with change tracking versus v1.0)
As you know, these principles are key to ensuring consistency in our approach whatever the business or location, so please keep referring to them and escalate questions and remarks you may have.
