I am very happy to share with you this great opportunity in Human Resources for a 6-month full time assignment to cover a maternity leave to discover International mobility environment and to work with different stakeholders in HR and in the Business.

Role :                                    International Mobility Specialist
Assignment duration :      6 months starting January 2025
Location :                            Boulogne, France
Reporting to :                     Joelle Greenwold – International Mobility Director

 

As part of International Mobility team, the main missions will be: 

You will be responsible for managing international mobility (expatriate contracts; transfer to local contracts) between home and host countries, in partnership with internal HR departments and external service providers.

Main tasks

  • As part of the C&B team and reporting to the International Mobility Director, you will work closely with the various Ipsen Group entities on international mobility activities. Your main tasks will be:
  • Prepare international mobility contracts in compliance with Group legislation and policies.
  • Prepare, present and update compensation package calculations and ensure follow-up.
  • Estimate the total cost of international mobility (budget), in liaison with service providers and internal departments.
  • Ensure the correct implementation of packages in payroll and salary revisions.
  • Coordinate with mobile employees and service providers the implementation of international mobility to the destination country (immigration, relocation, installation, social security, taxation, affiliation to health plans, etc.).
  • Communicate progress to Business HR, site HR and expatriate employees.
  • Invoicing: management and follow-up with external service providers.

Key technical skills required

  • Very good command of English (oral and written)
  • Proficiency in office automation tools (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
  • Strong customer orientation and sense of service (commercial relations, service provider management)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical mind, rigor and attention to detail enable you to handle sensitive and confidential data with a high degree of reliability.
  • Organized, process-oriented and at ease in a complex, multicultural environment.
