In the spirit of the new HR model roll out this year and in line with our commitment to develop our employees and help them grow in their career, we are happy to convert the Global HRBP role for North America Commercial to a North America HRBP role reporting to Kendra Baille, Senior Director, Human Resources North America, based in Cambridge, US.
As an HRBP for North America, this role will deliver front-line HR support to employees and managers across local business units. The HRBP will actively contribute to the success of HR cycles and programs and will work in collaboration with fellow HRBP’s and COEs to support HR initiatives that enhance the full employee experience.
