Dear HR team,
We are happy to share with you the HR Messaging Map, which from now on, will enable to nurture very aligned and consistent HR messages both inside and outside of Ipsen, maximizing its impact.
This working document is made for Ipsen HR teams or Managers who may need to write /speak about HR at Ipsen. Each one can pick up and choose the most relevant messages according to his/her needs. Obviously this should not be given as a brochure. It will be updated on a quarterly basis to ensure it is kept up-to-date and mirror important changes and evolution.
As a reminder, here is the structure of the document:
- The first chapter is a summary of the main key points : HR overview
- The 4 others account for the 3 HR pillars + one about positioning
- Pillar 1 – Culture
- Pillar 2 – Learning and development
- Pillar 3 – Compensation and benefits
- Pillar 4 – Becoming a business partner
Each pillar includes a mission statement, an elevator pitch, key messages and proof points to make it concrete and impactful
Please note that specific info related to HR/Covid19 is included. Moving forward we’ll adapt and keep, or not, depending on the situation.
