Dear HR Community,

After listening to your feedbacks, we reviewed the One Pager in close collaboration with Anna Strelninkova as representative of HR International and of local needs.

We are now pleased to introduce the new HR KPIs One Pager on HR Insights, designed to provide a clear, consolidated, and actionable view of our key HR metrics and to support you in leveraging HR data within your perimeter.

What is it?

A concise and practical document bringing together key information in one place.

What’s inside?

The One Pager covers all core HR dimensions:

Workforce overview

Headcount, split by employee types, tenure and manager population

Turnover

Total turnover, voluntary vs. involuntary breakdown, and 1st-year attrition

Diversity & Inclusion

Gender distribution (overall and managers), average age, and GLT diversity

Talent & Performance

Promotions, internal mobility, position filled internally, and high-potential population

Talent Acquisition

Hiring pipeline, time-to-fill, and vacant positions

Organization & Workforce Planning

Filled vs. vacant positions and alignment with budget/forecast (Target Organization)

Compensation & Benefits

Compa-ratio analysis across populations

Where to find it and how to use it?

It is at the same place as before, i.e. by simply clicking on “One Pager” button from the Home Page of HR Insights:

  • Select the month and then Country, Division, Country Group… you are interested in
  • Once the Dashboard appears, you can use filters: (Division, Country, Function…) to  drill down into your scope

Access & confidentiality

Access to this One Pager is restricted to your perimeter, in line with iPeople data access scope and security rules.

You will therefore only be able to view information relevant to your population.

What’s next?

This One Pager is designed to evolve over time and will be regularly enriched with new features and content. New features will be progressively added, including dedicated sections on employees and positions, to strengthen data consistency and usability to further support your HR activities

If you have any questions or suggestions, feel free to reach out.

Best regards,
